Sweet Pea ‘Fragrantissima’ embraces the full colour spectrum from white, through all the pink shades, reds, blues, purples, bicolours, and stripes. This large flowered mix has been carefully blended to ensure an even balance of colour and fragrance, that was voted by Gardening Which? as the most fragrant garden variety. Enjoy them in the garden, grown against walls and fences, or cut some of the sturdy, straight stems for a vase indoors. Height: 200cm (79"). Spread: 30cm (12").

Sowing instructions:
Sow seeds in a good compost. Place at a temperature of 20-25C (68-77F) until germination which takes 10-21 days.

Growing instructions:
Pot up and grow sweet pea plants on in cool, bright conditions until large enough to transplant outdoors.
Pinch out the growing tips of sweet pea plants while they are still small, to encourage bushy growth. When plants are well grown transplant them outdoors into any fertile, well drained garden soil in semi-shade.

Aftercare:
Feed and water sweet peas regularly throughout the growing season. When growing sweet peas it is essential to cut the flower stems frequently and deadhead faded blooms to prevent seedpods developing. This will encourage more blooms to be produced and extend the flowering period.
