Cardiovascular diseases-high blood pressure

Zuo Zhan Kui.59(Male)
I had headache, excess sweating, weak heartbeat and high blood pressure.
My blood pressure always went up to above 150/110mmHg(120/80mmHg as normal).

Therefore I took high blood pressure medicine for long time and was hospitalized for a few days but there was no significant improvement.
In 1995, a renowned specialist advised me to take medicine lifetime and said I can go without rice a day but I can't go without medicine a day.I tool decision to look for alternative ways.

In July 2004, I started taking ATP Zeta products and 3 months later, my blood pressure dropped to 140/90mmHg.Then I decided to stop my medication.
A year later, my blood pressure totally recover back to normal.

swollen foot as i type

I know I haven't been blogging for quite awhile but updates here and there, i'm back in the fine pine capital of the sick sad Philippines.

I went to Gapo by myself last Friday. My relatives where already there when i arrived and they laugh at my being Fatty McPhee. We watched my lover fight evil with his sand, salt and shurikens then i stayed up until 6am to fix my iPod and slept on the computer chair when a miracle happened, my dad woke up finding me there, mouth hung open but didn't get angry like fajitas. Anyway, the next day my sisters arrived and my Chuck Berry shuts down. I went out to have it fixed but cus i'm awesome, i fixed it by myself when i got home.

Saturday, we washed 10 tonnes of laundry, went grocery shopping at Traders, had lunch at Meat Plus, went to the Lighthouse, stayed up all night got demons to fight, ate a grape and i jizzed in my pants. Relatives left the day after and we went grocery shopping again at Royal. Then, had fine wine at the Boardwalk.

Took charge of Mehaky the next day while my sister visited the dentist. Had dinner at McDo, sang with Chuck Berry, ate ice cream, fixed my iPod 'til 1am and then left for Baguio. Oh what joy.

Today i went to Starbucks, shopped for dresses, had dinner at 50s Diner and fixed my closet. My dresses took most of the space. My collection is growing and growing. Kaput. Soon i'll beat Zooey's, or Audrey Hepburn's, or Kate Nash's or even Amelia Earheart's! Hah!

Anyway, i'm off to Manilazzz on Saturday, after class and i'm staying in with Rox for 3 days. It's her birthday on the 1st. We're not sure about most of our plans so i'll blog about it next week, when i get back. All i know is that were going to Gapo on Sunday to give birth to her ipodchild.

I decided to jailbreak my iPod. Blogging with Notepad, by the way. Don't feel bad for me haha. I know i might get all lazy blogging about my weekend tomorrow again so i decided to write while i'm still in the mood.

Not in the mood anymore. Sleeping now. Good night ye all

Cardiovascular diseases-Stroke

Tan Say Hong,72(Male)
I had stroke 2 years ago which caused immobility of my limb.Apr 2006, I fall down and whole body was stiff.I have been taking medication and treatment such as qi-gong,traditional massage etc but no great improvement.

Until one day at the critical period,my daughther gave me a few drops of ATP2.
Amazingly, I could move and speak 10 minutes after taking ATP2.Then after
I went for medical check up and doctor found that I just suffered from mild high blood pressure without any major health problem.

Since then, I have been consuming ATP Zeta products and now more energetic and had stopped from taking any medicine.
http://www.atpzetaprogram.com/

Hoh Ah Moi,56(Female)
One day in August, I felt cold suddenly and went to see doctors after work. After taking medicine, I felt cold and started trembling and gradually my limb was numb.
I was simply too nervous because the numbness goes up to my face.

My condition worsening after taking medicine and rest.
Therefore my daugther gave me a try on ATP2 and spray diluted ATP2 onto my face.
Amazingly within minutes I felt much better and could then move my fingers and open my eyes.
Later on, I even try ATP3 and experiencing vomiting and diarhea.
But the day after that, I was fully recovered.

People of high self-esteem are not driven to make themselves superior to others: they do not seek to prove their value by measuring themselves against a comparative standard.

Their joy is being who they are, not in being better than someone else.

How to Boost Janitorial Service Income in a Down Economy

The easiest ways to boost your business income for your janitor or janitorial service business in a down economy is to increase your product offering. Find out what services your current customers are already paying someone else to do and see if you can give them a competitive quote for these services.

Two of the easiest side jobs to add to any janitor service business are carpet cleaning and window washing. To start the janitorial window washing part of the business, all you need is a couple of squeegees, rags, a razor blade and a ladder. You can usually charge between 2 and 3 dollars pane and can do interior and exterior. Start up costs are 200 to 300 dollars if you have to buy a ladder. With interior and exterior window you will be making $25 to 30 dollars per hour per employee. Windows should be washed 2 to 3 times per year.

The next business add on you could do is janitor carpet cleaning. You can also do this a regular basis 2 to 3 times per year. You can charge 5 to 15 cents per foot. It will require you to invest in a carpet cleaner, but you can find a nice heavy duty portable unit used, for less then $500. Another option is to sell that job and then hire and contractor to come in and do the job and make money on the difference. Don't forget to charge extra for drapery and upholstery cleaning and spot removal when this services are also needed.

Best of luck doing these things. Hopefully they will work to increase your margins on employee per hour of labor. You may also be interested in up-selling external services like Gutter Cleaning

I want cactus cookies and bloody mary.
I want to lie in a field of grass, picturing clouds, flowers in my hair.
I want to draw pretty nice things with my feather pen and moleskine paper.
I want daffodils on my bedside table when i wake up in the morning.
I want to dance with the wind on my sundress and orange lipstick.
I want to paint my nails red.
I want to dye all my clothes and rock the next party.
I want to adopt a black cat and call him Cat Power.

As a psychologist, I have counseled students at six different university counseling centers across the country, and continue to see college students in my private practice today. I listen to them question their choices, cry over breakups, worry about their grades, and shake their fists at real and imagined forces out to kill their buzz. Over the years I've noticed that certain struggles are common among college students regardless of the location or size of the school they attend. And since different kinds of students on different kinds of campuses have responded positively to the same bits of advice I've given, I decided to put them all in one place for students everywhere to access anytime. So here is my compilation of suggestions for how to make the best of your college experience, and not let it get the best of you!

Tip 1: Have Realistic Expectations
It’s good to think positively about how life in college should feel. But believing your time in college should absolutely be “the best years of your life” can be a real set-up for feeling disappointed in the moment. College is not a magic fairyland where you are protected from experiencing the normal ups and downs of life. Accept the fact that there may be times in college when you don’t feel particularly happy – perhaps due to some circumstance, or due to something you are wrestling with inside yourself. You may have some really great times, but don’t forget that everyday day life in college often feels like…everyday life. It may sound backwards, but taking the pressure off of yourself to be “having the best time” ALL the time may actually help you feel more genuine happiness from time to time.

Tip 2: Take Risks - But Be Smart About It!
College is generally a good time in life to test yourself in new ways. It’s as if you are finding your adult “legs” to stand on, which usually involves some running and jumping, and occasionally tripping and falling. Taking risks is a great way to learn things and have fun, but don’t forget to be smart and sensible. I’m not saying you need to spoil anyone’s fun, especially not your own. But doing something crazy without at least considering safety issues is pretty stupid and can create large amounts of unhappiness. At the same time, if you are afraid to take any chances and get out of your comfort zone a little bit, you could miss out on some once-in-a-lifetime opportunities. So go for it! But don't forget to buckle your seatbelt.

THE DISNEY SING-ALONG MOVIE NIGHT/ MILK & COOKIES PAJAMA PARTY was legend.. wait for it.. DARY! It was the greatest slumber party i've been in. Everybody wore their jammies it was hilarious. We started at around 8 or 9 because Mikey took way too long but it was okay okay okay since we had a good time while waiting for him. First movie, Little Mermaid. It was Mikey's only movie since he had to leave at 12. Next movie, Beauty & The Beast. Porky sang his eyes out since it was his favorite Disney film. I was so sleepy but I had to toughen up. I don't wanna miss out in all the fun and be disappointed in myself when I wake up in the morning. Movie three, Aladdin. Then, Mulan. Hahaha Porky hated it. But Lem love it so much we just had to watch it, plus the songs were good we cannot NOT sing along.

After Mulan everybody just died, except for Ate Joy and Banana who were still up for another movie which was Mulan II. I don't know if they were the only ones left since i was knocked out. I don't know what happened to Andene, i guess he left with Lem. Porky woke up with my butt on his face and I didn't get to attend school because of the party. Goodness me.

When I woke up everybody were Facebooking their way through life. I was eating alien stick-os while Porky watched his childhood on a site. They were 80's cartoon intros and he suggested Chabby Singson and the Cobradours to play Jem and the Holograms. Then i brought the aliens to Banana's room and I watched The Weekenders with her and Carmico.

THE AWESOME PARENTS ARE HERE!.. Oh yes. Suck on that. We were with Carmico and the Idle Hands happened which you don't have to know. Anyway when they arrived we had lunch at Don Hen, the one with the great servings.

Dear Karen Callora,

I'm sorry about your face. Sorry i got it all swollen and ugly and everything that's not good. Sorry for being so good that I just had to get inside you. Sorry your parents had to look like they were holding a balloon when they take pictures with you in it. I know you had a good time with me crawling my way inside your cold throat down to your, God knows where, anyways.

Love,
18" Bacon Cheese Burger pizza, Bacon Cheese french fries, Ribs and then some.

I am fat and that's not good. Not good at all. Look at me, I'M A BEAR my sisters love rubbing my tummy so much it hurts my feelings. Well anyway, we checked in in some hotel, 45 hotel then we shopped at SM until closing time then had coffee, cake and mango shake at Volante before midnight.

The next day we checked out early. I bought hot choco at 7/11 then we had breakfast at Volante and waited for Banana cus she didn't sleep with us. They wrote me the same letter. After that we splurged. Like, i need a new cabinet for my new clothes. Then we checked in in a much much MUCH better and a much much MUCH expensive hotel, Microtel. We were with Mikey then. The room was great, there was this nook in the window and i was doing my "Drama Ala karaoke" in it. We had lunch at O'Mai Khan and had the best grilled seafood and banana cake ever, it'll make your eyes.. do something.

Then, flea market with the parents and Grocery shopping at SM. It was around 7 when Carmico was with us and I just had to remind him of Idle Hands. Then we went to our place to drop off the groceries then we went to the hotel and had Korean spicy noodles for dinner. Took loads of pictures with Carmico after that in the Drama ala karaoke nook. That was it.

My parents are leaving after lunch :( I'm back to armpit farts, internet, facebook, sarcasm, coffee ice cream and dvds. I hope we'd eat at 50s diner since my mom hasn't tried it there yet plus i'm craving for some ice cream milk shake, burger and pork chops.

The Disney Movie Night is crossed out from the list. Next event, Musical Movie Night. Pictures someday
