Joint mobility warm up
3 Rounds:
5R/5L Halo
10 kettlebell deadlift
3 Rounds:
5R/5L front squats (do double kb if you have the bells and skills)
20 swings
3 Rounds:
5R/5L see saw press (do single arm if you only have one kb)
10R/10L one arm swings
3 Rounds:
5R/5L one arm rows or 5 pull ups if you have a bar
10 swing and parks (do double bells if you can!)
3 Rounds:
10 clams
10R/10L snatches (if you can't do snatches do one arm swings or deadlifts)
