Joint mobility warm up

5 rounds:
5R/5L Halo
20 swings
1R/1L Turkish get up
20 swings

5 Rounds:
5(1R/1L) one arm press- swing switch every rep.  You should end up doing 5 on each side.  Try a heavier press bell for this set.
10 swing and parks
8R/8L one arm rows or renegade rows
10 HEAVY swings
