5 Rounds:
- Inch worms: Start standing tall and straight, bend forward touching your hands to the ground with bending your knees as much as possible. Walk your hands out until you are in a plank position with out little your midsection slouch. Walk your hands out farther if you are strong enough. Once you have walked your hands out start walking your feet in towards your hands ending with your bum in the air and hands and feet close together. Repeat by walking your hands back out. Down your hall and back!

- 1R/1L Turkish get up
- 20 swings
5 Rounds:
- 5R/5L one arm strict press
- 10 goblet squats
- 5R/5L one arm row
- 10 suitcase deadlift
