Q. What will I receive if I have accumulated 10 tickets?

A. You will receive one complimentary Standard ticket only.



Q. What will I receive if I have accumulated 20 tickets?

A. You will receive one complimentary Gold Class ticket only.



Q. What will I receive if I have accumulated 30 tickets?

A. You will receive one complimentary Gold Class ticket and one Standard ticket only.



Q. What will I receive if I have accumulated 34 tickets?

A. You will receive one complimentary Gold Class ticket, one Standard ticket and one Small Popcorn Combo (subject to the first 1,000 sets).



Q. Does a Gold Class movie ticket count as 1 ticket?

A. Yes it counts as 1 ticket in your account. Whilst we acknowledge that Gold Class is a higher value ticket, our system is based on ticket unit and not the dollar value.



Q. When will I receive my complimentary tickets?

A. You will be notified by 31 January 2013 via email. Each email will contain a unique barcode, which you can then print and bring it to any GV Box Office to exchange for a ticket. As such, please ensure your email address registered with us is valid.



Q. How will I know if I am amongst the 1,000 to qualify for a free Small Popcorn Combo?

A. You will be notified by 31 January 2013 via the same email as your complimentary ticket if you qualify. Please note that once you qualify for a higher tier (eg. Gold Class Tier) you will receive only one complimentary Gold Class ticket.
