Been arrested? Call your attorney, not a bondsman.

People often mistakenly believe that the best way out of jail is to call a bail bond company. We believe calling your attorney is a better option. Many criminal defense attorneys in Texas have the ability to write bonds for their clients. This eliminates the need to report to a bondsman, altogether. Reporting in with a bond company in person or by phone can be time consuming and failures to report timely can lead to warrants or additional reinstatement fee. Having your attorney bond you out ensures your representation begins immediately and valuable evidence is not lost.

We will work with you on the bond fee, and in most cases apply a portion of it to our fee for representation. Simply put, if you or a loved one gets arrested, resist the flashing lights by the jail and call our office. We will do our very best to act quickly to ensure a smooth release and begin representation immediately.
