Jailbreaking
To install Spire on your iDevice you must have the device jailbroken, there is currently an untethered jailbreak available  for iOS 5.0.1, if you are unsure what version you have go to Settings>General>About and look for Version. Jailbreaking your device voids your warranty, but you can restore your device at any time to get rid of the jailbreak and Apple won't know the better.
