Joint mobility warm up

4 Rounds:
1R/1L TGUs

The next set is for a more advanced kettlebeller.  Each round is meant to be done with a single kettlebell and without putting it down.  Do all exercises on the right and then switch to do the other side---

5 Rounds:
5 one arm swings, then go right to 5 snatches same arm, pull the kettlebell to the rack after the last snatch and do 5 front squats followed by 5 presses, swing switch and repeat on the other side.
Take a 30second to 1 minute break between each round.


5 Rounds:
10 clams
10 swing and parks
