Popcorn

One by one, the raw popcorns pop as the heat of the microwave oven increases. One by one, they are turning into real popcorns that may either taste bland, cheesy, barbecuey, sourcreamy or burnt. But if you want to have the best-tasting popcorn, you have to put in a lot of patience while waiting. It does have instructions in the packet you know.

These popcorns are like draft pages in this blog. One by one, i am able to publish them. One by one, i am finding time to finish them. I'm not too thrilled because this means i have more time, this means i'm not preoccupied by the precious avocation i have been doing for the past 5.5 years of my life. This means i'm just lazing around, and i'm only spending my time to attend to my regular job and the probationary duty that i had been, Thank God, recently given.

If i were to choose, i'd much rather have more drafts here than not be working on something that will define and give meaning to my Christian life. It's a lesson learned, and God knows best I know. On the one hand, publishing more of my unattended roughs allow me to practice writing, which is essential in the probationary duty i mentioned, which God had been merciful enough to give me. It strengthened my belief that there's always a reason for everything. God always knows best, in this i trust. As the Bible says:  And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28

This blog will never be the most interesting blog you'll ever find, or will it be educational and worthy of your time. It might not even be interesting at all. But knowing that i have an avenue where i can practice my writing skills, if any, i am more than grateful. I hope you'll be happy for me too. :)

So please pardon me if you'll see pages popping every now and then with backtracked dates. They're roughs that I've written maybe a long time ago but just didn't have enough time to sew up. And i wish they'd taste a little okay to you.

You are free to comment anytime and i am more than willing to listen to suggestions and corrections.

Thanks. May you be blessed, always.
