Ill get this strait - you can't! Antabuse treatment is absolute, and if you have taken a pill in the previous 12 hours or so, it is wise not to drink. There is no drug that can negate antabuse effect, nor there is an antabuse antidote thats accesible to general public. Offcourse, if you drink on antabuse and be lucky enough to get an ambulance, the doctors will drug you good - theese days doctors can chase out anything from the organism. Your only option to drink while taking antabuse pills is to wait untill their effect completely fades, that is at least 48 hours. But think about all the efford you put in to quit drinking and start antabuse treatment, and doubt your decision to drink again.
P.S. There is nothing worse then getting a brandy shot after having an antabuse pill... Trust me, you dont wanna know how it feels.
