But today! Bloated, sleepy tired fat..... and constipated. Like solid. Yuk.
So tomorrow no wheat,,- in fact no grains at all. Loads of fruits veggies and nuts. I can feel those slices of toast sitting like great lumps in my gut. It will take about three days but then everything will pass and I will feel all stripped and light and clean again.
Why do I do it? Im addicted to wheat. I use it to get me through a stressful day. Always have done. Then I regret it.
