Artifact Description: Blasdel sent a telegram to Mr. Lincoln protesting the appointment of Mr. Baldwin as U.S District Judge.

Artifact Description: Blasdel sent a telegram to Mr. Lincoln protesting the appointment of Mr. Baldwin as U.S District Judge.
Describe the Artifact: The telegram was signed by other officials. Who were they?
