Tueseday, October 30th

Set a timer for at least 30 minutes (45 if you are up for the challenge).  Perform a full Turkish get up on each side then do 20 swings. Repeat until the timer goes off.  Don't worry about the number of rounds you do just focus on your technique.  Vary the kettlebell size for you get ups and swings.  Change your swing style up on each set- one arm swings, alternating, 2 hand.
