Karen Robinson’s yoga journey began in the mid 80’s. Today she is an experienced registered teacher with a 500hr certificate (RYT500). She offers classes, workshops and individual sessions to all levels. She maintains an active personal practice and continues to study independently and with other experienced teachers.

Karen’s teaching style is supportive, non-threatening and unhurried. Whether you are new to yoga, returning to yoga or wanting to deepen your practice, she will meet you where you are and invite you to:
● coordinate movement and breath,
● nurture relaxation,
● feel rather than think,
● work at your pace, and
● move from the inside out to free the energy within.
